DOWNLOADING MEDIA RELEASE IMAGES

The files on our server are in ZIP and JPEG format. They have been compressed without loss of image quality. An expander application will be necessary to uncompress these files.

For Macintosh users the free version of Stuffit Expander 4.0 works well and is included with all browsers. The free version of 4.5 does NOT work. You should choose to download the most current version.

Another option for Macintosh users is ZipIt which performs both zipping and unzipping. The irony is that you need Stuffit Expander to unstuff the program.

For PC users PKZip (a retail product) will work best, however, other free/shareware products will work just as well to uncompress these files.

Try Aladdin's Expander for Windows 95, 98 and NT or the Macintosh version. (Free)

After you have expanded the archives you'll find the image files are in standard jpeg format and can be opened in most image editing programs or placed directly into a page layout program.
