Johnstown America promotes three in Engineering DepartmentJohnstown, Pennsylvania, September 24, 2003 - Johnstown America Corporation announced three promotions today at its home office in Johnstown, PA. The three, David F. Single, Gregory P. Josephson and Michael A. Selepack all have experience on the engineering staff at Johnstown America. "Our promoting these people strengthens our engineering capability in meeting the demands of expanding product lines," James D. Hart, vice president, engineering, said today. Single, who has nine years with the company, was promoted from product development engineer to design engineer. Josephson, an eight-year employee, was elevated to project engineer and will also maintain supervision of CAD operations. Selapack has six years with Johnstown America and was promoted from a drafting position to product development engineer. The three have various levels of engineering education and reside in the Johnstown area. For over a century, Johnstown America Corporation has been a leading producer of railcars in North America. It designs and builds aluminum coal cars, flat cars, mill gondola cars, heavy haul intermodal cars, aggregate cars, the new aluminum motor vehicle carrier, the AVC, and the VersaCoil™ steel coil car. # # #
