We prove it by subjecting our railcar designs to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and mechanical analysis, physical integrity tests that surpass industry requirements, prototyping, and then follow up with continuous quality monitoring of the entire manufacturing process.

All engineering and manufacturing is accomplished according to the latest Association of American Railroads standards and regulations as well as to the internal quality standards of FreightCar America.
